Description
Our Table Beer is a take on a traditional Belgian-style Lambic. The unblended beer was aged in oak barrels with Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus and Pediococcus for 24 months. This is a delightfully drinkable sour beer with complex flavours and aromas of the farmyard, sweet bitter lemon and soft & mellow malts, with a superb dry finish.
